Additional Information
It is at the Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal (IUSMM) that the pilot project was established in 1989, which would later become Les Impatients. When the organization was officially created in 1992, the workshops continued. They were intended for hospitalized individuals or those in outpatient care, and they were supported by the CIUSS Est-de-l’Île-de-Montréal. The works of the Les Impatients’ collection are stored in its premises.
