Parle-moi d'amour Montréal
Proud of the success of the very first online edition of Parle-moi d’amour in 2020, Les Impatients are now adapting the experience, opting this time for a hybrid formula. This time, it will be possible to bid on site or from anywhere in Quebec via Ma cause platform. The exhibition was accessible to visitors by booking a free timed-entry ticket.
A panel discussion titled “La création et la santé mentale” was presented as part of a new partnership with Artch. Artists Berirouche Feddal, Amélie Pellerin and Janna Yotte, as well as M.D. Leon Tourian, Lorraine Palardy and Jonas Brass took part in the discussion.
This year, the purchase of works at market value was available only for a selection of works among donations from private collections.
For this 23rd edition, the actor James Hyndman acted as spokesperson, alongside Matteo Esteves. Manon Gauthier, Executive Director of the Jean Paul Riopelle Foundation, held the role of chair of the honorary committee for a second year. The guest artists of this edition were Michel Goulet and Caroline Monnet.
The exhibition features over 300 pieces created by Impatients and professional artists, as well as prestigious donations from collectors. All proceeds from the virtual auction will support Les Impatients’ mission.
